Dear Dr. Antolak:
You diagnosed
me with PNE. I had surgery in May of 2002. I wanted to write you
to let you know I am 100% cured. I have no pain. It is all gone.
I consider this a true miracle.
If not for
your diagnoses I never would of reached this point. I want to
sincerely thank you. As you know I bounced around from doctor
to doctor before I to you. I also recall that not all the doctors
supported what you were doing or believed in the diagnoses of
PNE. Boy were they wrong. You accurate diagnoses literally saved
my life. That is a true statement. Many times I was close to ending
it all. As I look back I'm not really sure how I made it. The
pain of this affliction is unbelievable; truly unbelievable. Now
it's like it never happened. I can sit. I can bike. The drugs
are gone. Please feel free to give out my name to any patient
who needs help or just wants to talk. You are a true pioneer.

Dear Dr. Antolak,
The
past several years have been a horrific nightmare for my son as
he searched the globe looking for a physician who could comprehend
his medical condition and hold out the offer of some type of relief.
In two
trips to the operating room you have given my son back his life
and with it the promise of a bright future.
Your
compassion towards Brian's physical ailment and your surgical
skills have also restored my own well being.
My children
are my world. When I could do nothing to help my son it caused
me incredible emotional pain. To now see my son on the way to
"normal" pain-free days and his excitement at the possibility
of returning to his passion of weight lifting, has give me incredible
joy.
I only
hope that other people, who are suffering from the same condition
as was my son, will be able to find their way to your capable
hands. And for you, Dr. Antolak, I wish a life of all good things.
